Good value and well stocked. Positive: Unit has good layout, was clean and well stocked with many things needed on our 5 night stay. The laundry in the back shed was nice to utilize. Negative: The yard had some trash and could have been landscaped or at least taken care of better.

Great location within 5 minutes to USF and Busch Gardens. The apartment was very clean! Will stay here again!

Sheets that smelled like weed, not in a good way. Positive: Decent location. Negative: The fact that I arrived at the check-in time and it was completely filthy. Dirty clothes on the floor, dirty footprints on the floor, dirty sheets, no clean towels. Sheets that smelled like weed (even after everything was eventually cleaned) and that overall film of filth that a place has that isn’t well-maintained. The host actually offered to reimburse me the cleaning fees because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. Said they were on their wedding weekend, which is fine, but not really an excuse to provide horrible service when literally all you need to do is make sure your cleaning crew shows up on time. So I guess if you wanna book this property, make sure the host is actually around. Maybe it’s a better experience that way.

Comfortable, convenient, well stocked Airbnb Positive: We had everything we needed for a comfortable trip with our baby. There was a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker with k-cup pods, TV, comfortable couch, and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom. It was truly everything we could've needed to feel like it was a home away from home. It was also very centrally located. The host Jackie was awesome at communicating the entry instructions and replying to us if we needed anything. Would definitely book here again. More amenities than a hotel and more affordable too!
