Spacious, well-equipped apartment with great location
Positive: Very well equipped, nice apartment at a perfect location. The 3 bedrooms provide ample room for any family and the parking space and the green L line make it really easy to reach anywhere in Chicago.
Negative: The apartment is in the basement and natural light is missing - not a big deal if you spend your days in the city, but worth mentioning.

Positive: Very clean and spacious for the most part.
Negative: The property is very cold. I would bring extra blankets as the heat doesn’t really go in the living room nor back rooms.
