Positive: Very clean and comfy

Our stay was great, extremely clean. Will come again. Thank you.
Positive: Very clean. Great space. Very close to the funeral home we needed to attend for a family member.
Negative: Cigarette butt's at the front and back door. Also, the trash dumpster was over flowing. But not the property's faults. Also could use a bench to sit on outside the front door.

Positive: Good location, walked to Busch Gardens, never felt unsafe. Did a drive one day to Clearwater Beach and one day downtown Tampa. It is in a mixed housing area, some more rundown, including next door, but rental is well maintained inside!
Negative: A few minor things were suggested to owner.
